About the program
The sculpture studio facilitates practice in mold making, wood, metal fabrication, and stone. The Sculpture Certificate at South Dakota State University is a stand-alone program and may be taken by any student regardless of major. It is ideal for a Studio Art major with an emphasis in painting, printmaking or ceramics who wishes to explore a wider range of materials and processes, allowing them to become more interdisciplinary in their approach to art making.
